The Doctor of Hospitality Management (PhD)
objective is to help students bolster their
knowledge and analytical skills necessary
for careers in the travel industry. The
Hospitality Management program emphasizes
the development of general knowledge in
the areas of hotel and restaurant management,
research methodology, statistical methodology,
and administration. The Hospitality Management
program is designed to advance the professional
development of experienced hospitality management
graduates and professionals in the hospitality
management arena by extending their knowledge
and equipping them with broad research and
process hospitality management skills, enabling
them to make a key leadership contribution
to their chosen fields.
